Homemade With Mess

It’s a very rare occasion that I enjoy a whole chicken breast. I am usually the super economical cook and bash it up for a curry or salad or buy a whole chicken and roast it. Now don’t get me wrong, I never buy chicken breasts (they are sooooo expensive), but in this case we bought a whole chicken and butchered it and so we had these delicious ski- on breasts to make the very best of. I also find that skin-on breasts are hard to come by in most supermarkets, and for no reason at all, as let’s faces it, a lovely crispy skin is the best bit! I know it’s more time consuming that just buying the meat separately, but it is definitely worth it; the meat tastes better, it’s a crazy amount cheaper and you can even make some lush stock out of the bones to then…
